髂内动脉置化疗泵预防膀胱癌复发的疗效观察

目的：观察经髂内动脉预置化疗泵行膀胱区域化疗预防膀胱癌复发的临床效果。方法：在膀胱部分切除术的同时，于一侧髂内动态置入化疗泵，术后进行膀胱区域化疗３６例。结果：３０例获得随访，平均随访时间为３年，仅２例复发，复发率为６．７％（２／３０），复发率明显降低。结论：髂内动态置化疗泵行膀胱区域化疗，预防膀胱癌复发效果良好。适用于有复发倾向的膀胱癌患者。

Implantation of chemotherapy pump in internal iliac artery to prevent postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer

Purpose:To observe the therapeutic efficiency of implanting chemotherapy pump in internal iliac artery as a regional treatment for preventing postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer.Methods:Chemotherapy pump was implanted in internal iliac artery for postoperative chemotherapy while the cancer removed.Results:30 patients were followed up for a mean period of 36 months ranging from 6 to 60 months. There are 2 cases of recurrence. The recurrent rate decreased to 6.7 %(2/30).Conclusions:This technique have good effect on preventing of the postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer.
