布地奈德雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿喘息的疗效观察

目的观察布地奈德雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿喘息的疗效。方法 103例轻中度喘息婴幼儿分为治疗组50例、对照组53例,综合治疗的基础上治疗组予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,缓解后逐渐减量吸入,对照组主要采用静脉滴注甲强龙治疗,咳喘缓解后改泼尼松口服。观察治疗后咳嗽、哮鸣音消失所需天数、本次喘息的经济费用、家长误工时间,3月随访期内反复喘息发作例数等。结果两组急性期咳嗽及哮鸣音消失时间、平均费用上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组家长误工天数较对照组有明显的差异(P<0.05)。三个月内喘息反复的例数两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于婴幼儿喘息,布地奈德雾化吸入相对全身静脉使用糖皮质激素简易方便、患者安全。

Efficacy of budesonide suspension fluid inhalation in treatment of wheezing in infants

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of budesonide suspension fluid inhalation in treatment of wheezing infants.Methods 103 infants with mild to moderate wheezing were randomly divided into treatment group（n = 50） and control group（n = 53）.Patients in treatment group were treated with budesonide suspension fluid inhalation,while those in control group were treated by intravenous injection of methylprednisolone.When wheezing was relieved,patients in treatment group were treated with tapering inhalation,while the control took oral predisone.All the treatment time was two weeks.Patients were followed up every two days during the acute phase and 3th months follow-up,and the efficacy of treatment,the days cough or wheeze disappeared,the average charge,the time of parents missed work and recurrent wheezing cases during followed up were analysed.Results No significant differences were comfirmed in the days with cough or wheeze,the average charge and recurrent cases within three-month follow-up between two groups.（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the time of parents missed work significantly short（P〈0.05） in the treatment group.Conclusion The treatment with budesonide suspension fluid inhalation in wheezing infants is simple,convenientless,with little side effect.
