| 摘 要： | 目的提高对AIDS肺部并发症的影像学认识。方法研究126例AIDS患者的肺部CT表现及进行相关致病菌检验。结果经过病原菌检测后发现肺孢子菌肺炎(PCP)82例,真菌性肺炎3例,肺结核15例,细菌性肺炎4例,病毒性肺炎2例,卡波济氏肉瘤1例,各类肺炎的CT表现均有自身特点。结论胸部CT检查可以为发现艾滋病相关性肺部疾病提供一定的诊断价值,对于患者的及时治疗和减少病死率十分重要。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To enhance the awareness of the image manifestations of AIDS patients with pulmonary complications.Methods The chest CT results of 126 AIDS patients were retrospectively reviewed.Results There were 82 cases of pneumocystis pneumonia,3 cases of mycotic pneumonia,15 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis,4 cases of bacterial pneumonia,2 cases of viral pneumonia,1 case of Kaposis sarcoma.Conclusion The pulmonary diseases related to AIDS can be found timely through chest CT,which is very important to treat the patients and reduce mortality. |
