摘    要:
目的研究COPD患者肠道双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌的变化,及其与COPD急性发作频度的相关性。方法收集40例稳定期COPD患者(A组)和40例健康对照(B组)的粪便,进行细菌DNA抽提,进行实时荧光定量PCR反应,计算每克粪便中双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的拷贝数。结果 A组和B组每g粪便中双歧杆菌属拷贝数分别为13.030±1.185、13.418±1.411(P=0.0243),乳酸杆菌属拷贝数分别为10.793±1.166、11.430±2.230(P=0.0144);40例COPD患者近三年急性发作平均次数为2.6次/年,每克粪便中双歧杆菌拷贝数的对数与年平均急性发作次数呈负相关,r=-0.3249,P=0.0382。结论 COPD患者肠道益生菌群明显少于正常人,且肠道微生态的失衡与COPD急性发作率相关。

Abstract:
Objective To study the changes of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in gut of patients with COPD and their correlation with acute exacerbation frequency.Methods The study selected 40 COPD patients at stable stage as the group A and 40 healthy people as the group B,and their samples of feces were collected to extract DNA.Real-time PCR were performed to calculate the copy number of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in every gram of feces.Results The amount of log10 copy bifidobacterium in every gram of feces was 13.030 ± 1.185 and 13.418 ± 1.411(P = 0.0243),and the amount of log10 copy lactobacillus in every gram of feces was 10.793 ± 1.166 and 11.430 ± 2.230 respectively in the group A and the group B(P = 0.0144).The average acute exacerbation frequency was 2.6 times per year in the COPD group,and it was negatively correlated with the amount of log10 copy bifidobacterium(r =-0.3249,P = 0.0382).Conclusion The amount of intestinal probiotics of COPD patients is less than that of the control subjects,and the imbalance of intestinal micro-ecosystem may be correlated with the acute exacerbation frequency of COPD patients.
