A rabbit hemorrhagic shock model was made and blood samplesbefore and after shock were taken from the carotid artery.The changes of plasmaSOD activity and MDA content were determined.The results showed thatthe plasma activity of SOD in rabbits during hemorrhagic shock was reducedsignicantly(P<0.01),whereas the MDA content elevated(P<0.1).It is suggestedthat the increase of OFR production plays an im(?)ortant role in the developmentof hemorrhagic shock. |
