护理本科生职业相关社会支持量表的编制及信效度检验

目的编制适用于护理本科生的职业相关社会支持量表。方法通过查阅文献、Delphi法等形成护理本科生职业相关社会支持量表的初稿。对广东省3所护理本科院校的428名全日制护理本科生进行正式调查,对量表信效度进行评价,形成量表终稿。结果护理本科生职业相关社会支持量表包括22个条目,探索性因子分析产生3个公因子,累积贡献率为62.03%;内容效度为0.945;除主观支持外,量表总分及各个维度得分在不同年级之间的差异具有统计学意义,量表具有较好的区分效度;职业相关社会支持及其各维度得分与职业成熟度均呈正相关(P0.01)。量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.911,折半信度为0.954,重测信度为0.897。结论该量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为护理本科生职业相关社会支持的测评工具。

The Career -related social support scale for nursing undergraduates:Development,reliability and validity test

Objective To develop a scale for measuring career - related social support for nursing undergraduates. Methods The first draft of the career- related social support scale was formed based on literature review and Delphi consultation and its reliability,and validity were tested in 428 nursing undergradu-ates of three nursing school in Guangdong. Results Career - related social support scale for nursing undergraduates consists of 22 items. The exploratory factor a-nalysis identified three principal factors,with 62. 03% of the accumulated variance. The scale content validity index was 0. 945. Expect for the dimension of sub-jective support,significant differences were found between different grades in terms of the scores of career - related social support and its related dimensions. It suggested that the scale had a good separating capability. There were positive relationships between total score and scores in all dimensions of career - related so-cial support and career maturity(P < 0. 01). The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0. 911,the split - half reliability was 0. 954,and the test - retest relia-bility was 0. 897. Conclusion The career - related social support scale has good validity and reliability and can be used to measure the career - related social support in nursing undergraduates.
