卯时综合护理干预对患者脑卒中后便秘的疗效观察

目的探讨卯时指导患者饮用淡盐水并联合穴位按摩对脑卒中后便秘患者的临床效果。方法选取240例脑卒中便秘患者,分为观察组和对照组各120例。两组患者均给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施每日卯时为患者饮淡盐水200 ml并联合穴位按摩,比较两组患者干预前后便秘评分、大便性状评分和便秘患者生活质量。结果观察组及对照组患者干预后便秘评分、大便形状评分、生活质量评分与干预前比较差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论以子午流注理论指导的卯时饮淡盐水联合穴位按摩等综合护理干预能够有效改善脑卒中后便秘患者的便秘程度及生活质量,具有较好的临床应用价值。

The clinical effect of MaoShi comprehensive nursing intervening in constipation of patients after stroke

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of MaoShi comprehensive nursing,including guiding patients to drink mild saline and acupointing mas-sage in intervening patients after stroke. Methods The total of 240 constipation patients after stroke were divided into the observation group and the control group. Two groups received routine nursing while observation group drank 200 ml mild saline and implementing acupoint massage at daily MaoShi. Finally,the scores of constipation,stool consistency and quality of life between two groups were compared before and after intervention. Results After intervention,observa-tion group and control group had statistically significant difference in scores of constipation,stool consistency and quality of life (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion According to the theory of midnight - moon and ebb - flow doctrine,the MaoShi nursing intervention of drinking weak brine combined acupoint massage can effectively improve constipation degree and quality of life of patients after stroke which had good clinical application value.
