锁骨下静脉穿刺置管1200例临床分析

目的 探讨提高锁骨下静脉穿刺置管成功率,增强安全性的方法.方法 对行锁骨下静脉穿刺置管1200例的恶性肿瘤病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 锁骨下静脉穿刺置管成功率99.92%,并发症发生率5.08%,无致命性并发症发生,主要并发症有气胸、动脉损伤及导管相关性感染等,均治愈.结论 熟悉锁骨下静脉解剖毗邻,熟练掌握穿刺置管过程的操作方法及细节,正确处理并发症,是提高锁骨下静脉穿刺置管成功率.增强安全性的有效方法.

Subclavian venepuncture and catheterization:a Clinical evaluation of 1,200 cases

Objective To seek for ways of subclavian venepuncture and catheterization with greater efficacy and safety. Methods Clinical data for 1200 patients with malignant neoplastic disease who underwent subcla-vian venepunture and catheterization were retrospectively evaluated. Results The overall efficacy of subclavian venepuncture and catheterization was 99.92% and non-lethal complications appeared in 5.08% of the cases, in-cluding aeropleura, arterial injury and catheterization- associated infections, which were all solved afterwards. Conclusion Intimate knowledge of the anatomic adjacency of subclavian vein, skillful operation and successful management of complications are effective ways to improve the efficacy and safety of subclavian venepuncture and catheterization.
