心率功率谱检测糖尿病患者心脏植物神经活性

摘    要:应用心率功率谱(HRPS)分析34例糖尿病患者和30例健康人的心率变异性(HRV)。结果糖尿病组极低频(VLF)、低频(LF)、高频(HF)及总功率(TP)成分明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01),LF/HF比值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),提示糖尿病患者交感神经及迷走神经活性均降低,尤以迷走神经活性降低为著,交感神经活性相对占优势。

Abstract:To determine whether diabetes mellittis(DM)has any effect on heart rate variability(HRV),heart rate power spectrum(HRPS)components of HRV were measured in 34 patients with DM and 30 control subjects.HRPS components of VLF,LF,HF and TP were significantly lower in DM group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01),the LF/HF was significantly higher(P<0.05) in DM group compared to controls.This study showed sympathetic and parasympathetic activity decreased significantly and the decreasing level of parasympathtic activity was more than sympathetic in the DM group.We consider that the power spectral analysis of HRV,which is convenient and quantitative,has enough sensitivity to test autonomatic nervous activity with DM.
