绿茶多酚胶姆糖防治牙龈炎的临床试验

摘    要:
目的 探讨咀嚼绿茶多酚胶姆糖对牙龈炎的防治作用.方法 选取受试者157人,试验组咀嚼绿茶多酚胶姆糖,对照组咀嚼不含绿茶多酚的胶姆糖,空白组不给予干预措施.试验前及试验后3、 12、 24个月检查各组受试者的龈沟出血指数.结果 咀嚼胶姆糖的2组在试验3个月后龈沟出血指数低于空白组,并且在试验24个月后,试验组龈沟出血指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 咀嚼绿茶多酚胶姆糖能改善牙龈出血症状,具有较好的牙龈炎防治效果.

Abstract:
Objective The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect on gingivitis after using green tea polyphenol chewing gum.Methods The investigation consisted of 157 subjects(aged 8-9 years old).The trial group used green tea polyphenol chewing gum and the controlled group used chewing gum without green tea polyphenol while the blank group used neither.Sulcus bleeding index(SBI) was measured at baseline and at 3 months,12 months,24 month later.Results After 3 months later of using chewing gum,SBI in trial group and controlled group was lower than that in blank group significantly.After 24 months later,SBI in trial group was lower than that in controlled group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Green tea polyphenol chewing gum could effectively reduce gingival bleeding and has good benefit on prevention and treatment of gingivitis.
