中西医结合预防浅静脉留置针静脉炎的疗效观察

目的]探讨中西医结合预防浅静脉留置针并发静脉炎的效果。方法]将160例病人随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,对照组使用常规方法,观察组在常规方法的基础上使用艾条自穿刺点始沿近心端静脉约10 cm处进行温和灸,每天15min~20 min,并结合按揉足三里穴。结果]观察组静脉炎发生率为8.75%,低于对照组的23.75%(P<0.05)。结论]使用中西医结合方法可有效预防浅静脉留置针输液并发的静脉炎。

Observation on curative effect of combination of TCM with Western medicine to prevent phlebitis induced by superficial venous detaining needle

Objective: To probe into the effect of combination of TCM with Western medicine to prevent phlebitis induced by superficial venous detaining needle for patients.Methods: A total of 160 patients were divided into test and control group 80 cases each.Patients of control group were applied traditional methods for prevention.Besides that,patients of test group were carried out warm moxibustion with moxa stick from puncture point and 10 cm along proximal part of vein for 15~20 min every day,and combined with Zusanli acupoint massage.Results: The incidence of phlebitis among patients of test group was 8.75%,that was lower than 23.75% of control group cases(P<0.05).Conclusion: Combination of TCM with Western medicine can effectively prevent phlebitis induced by superficial venous detaining needle for patients.
