| 摘 要： | 目的 比较非Q波心肌梗死 (NQMI)与Q波心肌梗死 (QMI)的冠状动脉病变特点。方法 QMI与NQMI患者入院后 10天内行冠状动脉造影术 ,分析病变类型、范围、狭窄程度及侧支循环。结果 NQMI组的多支病变、>90 %的严重狭窄及侧支循环比率高于QMI组 ,而完全闭塞率低于QMI组 ,二组的病变类型无差异。结论 NQMI的多支病率高于QMI,前者的远期预后有可能较后者差 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the feature of coronary artery lesions of QMI and NQMI Methods Within 10 days after admission angiography was performed on the patients with QMI or NQMI The degree of stenosis, type and extent of lesions, and collateral circulation were analysesed and compared between the patients with NQMI and QMI Results The rates of three vessle desease, >90% stenosis and collateral circulation were higher and the rate of occlution was lower in patients with NQMI than that of the patients with QMI There was no difference in type of the lesions between QMI and NQMI |
