| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨黄芩苷诱导胃癌细胞株SGC-7972凋亡的作用机制，为黄芩苷在抗肿瘤方面的应用提供理论依据。方法：采用不同浓度的黄芩苷处理细胞后，用流式细胞仪检测胃癌细胞株SGC-7972的凋亡情况。结果：50、100、200μmol／L黄芩苷能够诱导胃癌细胞SGC-7972凋亡，凋亡率与剂量呈正相关，SGC-7972的凋亡随药物浓度及作用时间变化，细胞周期分布呈现G1期细胞比例逐渐增高，并出现典型的凋亡峰。结论：黄芩苷能诱导胃癌细胞凋亡，并明显抑制癌细胞增殖，具有抗肿瘤作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the anti-tumor mechanisms of baicalin by studying the apoptosis of gastric carcinoma cell line SGC-7972 cells in vitro.Methods： The gastric carcinoma SGC-7972 cells were treated with different concentrations of baicalin.The apoptosis was assayed using flow cytometry.Results： Baicalin（50,100,200 μmol/L） had induced effect on apop- tosis of gastric carcinoma SGC-7972 cells in a dose and time-dependent manner. DNA flow cytometric analysis indicated that baicalin induced a arrest in G1 phase, showing a typical apoptosis peak.Condusion：Baicalin may induce apoptosis of gastric carcinoma cells, and has direct anti-tumor effects on human gastric carcinoma cells. |
