皮肤性病学预见习探讨--医学生早期接触临床的桥梁

早期接触临床是医学基础学科与临床学科教学新的结合点，作为医学生早期接触临床的桥梁，皮肤性病学预见习有其独特的优势。着重阐述了皮肤性病学预见习模式的建立与规范，主要措施是：（1）确定预见习的内容与目标，即以皮肤性病科门诊常见病、多发病为主，培养初步的临床思维；（2）确立预见习的原则，即预见习只能观摩；（3）探索预见习的方式，即以启发式教学为主；（4）结合暑期科研，进行初步的临床科研训练；（5）培养医学生的沟通技能。另外，还对今后皮肤性病学预见习进行展望。

Discussion of dermatology and venereology fore-observation: the bridge of early-contacting clinic for medical students
