| Abstract: | The study was applied with comparative analysis method and results showed that the hospital personnel before and after the change of commission management,as well as the practice value of hospital construction and development.Through four years of practice,hospital personnel structure is been optimized obviously and personnel team is more reasonable.Hospital has a strong competitive which will provide a good foundation for hospital development. |
