| 摘 要： | 目的:提高胫骨平台骨折手术疗效。方法:总结分析85例胫骨平台骨折手术治疗过程及预后。结果:按Lysholm评分标准,优39例,良31例,中11例,差4例,总优良率82.6%。结论:合适的手术时机,恢复关节面平整,坚强的内固定及术中植骨,术后合理有效功能锻炼,有利于提高手术疗效,恢复关节功能。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the tibial plateau fracture surgery.Methods: Analysis of 85 cases of tibial plateau fracture surgery and prognosis of the treatment process.Results:Lysholm score in accordance with standards,39 cases of excellent,good in 31 cases,11 cases and poor in 4 cases,the total rate of 82.6 percent fine.Conclusion: The appropriate timing of surgery,the restoration of articular surface of the formation,a strong fixation and bone graft surgery,after a reasonable and effective functional exercise w... |
