摘    要:目的:研究膳食纤维对重型颅脑损伤大鼠肠屏障的保护作用。方法:Wistar 大鼠,致重型颅脑损伤,随机分为盐水组、能全力组、膳食纤维组,分别在伤后6、12、24、48、72h 活杀动物,另设正常对照组,取小肠回盲部在光镜下观察其病理形态变化,取门静脉血测血浆微量内毒素的变化,取腹主动脉血测血浆二胺氧化酶、D-乳酸的变化。结果:①致伤后各组肠粘膜组织结构受损,内毒素、二胺氧化酶、D-乳酸值明显高于对照组,伤后12~24h 最显著,至72h 不能恢复;②早期添加膳食纤维,伤后48h 对上述各观察指标有明显改善,加能全力48h 后有改善作用。结论:早期添加单纯膳食纤维作为肠内营养制剂对重型颅脑损伤大鼠肠屏障有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the protective effect of dietary fiber on gut barrier in rats with severe diffuse brain injury.Methods:Wistar rats with severe diffuse brain injury were randomly divided into four groups:saline fed 4 hours after injury(group 1),fed with Nutrison(Multifibre,group 2),and fed with dietary fiber(group 3). The rats were sacrificed at 6,12,24,48 and 72 hours after injury.Blood samples were taken for plasma lipopo- lysaccharide(LPS)content,diamine oxidase(DAO)activity and D-lactate content,and tissue samples were harves- ted from ileocecum for pathological study under light microscopy.Results:Animal in all groups were confirmed to have severe diffuse brain injury and pathological changes in intestinal mucosa were observed.The levels of endo- toxin,DAO activity and D-lactate in the blood were significantly higher after injury than the controls.They peak- ed at 12 to 24 hours and maintained higher levels than normal controls at 72 hours after the injury.These changes were remarkably improved in animals fed early with supplement of dietary fiber 48 hours after injury;these param- eters were lowered in rats of the nutrison group 72 hours after injury.Conclusions:Early supplementation of dieta- ry fiber orally was found to have protective effect on gut barrier in rats with severe diffuse brain injury
