| 摘 要： | 首先在分析医院科研活动效率影响因素的基础上，从投入和产出两个层面建立医院科研活动评价指标体系；然后通过主成分分析法对产出指标开展降维，进而运用随机前沿分析开展效率评价；最后运用实际案例验证医院科研活动效率模型的准确性和有效性。

| Abstract: | At first, based on the analysis of factors influencing the efficiency of hospital scientific research activities, the paper sets up the evaluation index system for hospital scientific research activities from aspects of inputs and outputs. Then, by the Principal Component Analysis (PCA), it reduces the dimensionality of the output indexes and conducts efficiency evaluation by Stochastic Frontier Analysis(SFA). At last, it verifies the accuracy and validity of the efficiency model for hospital scientific research activities through practical cases. |
