| 摘 要： | 目的：采用反相高效液相色谱法（RP－HPLC）测定了新疆产两种槐花（槐、刺槐）中芦丁及槲皮素含量。方法：色谱柱：ZorbaxC18柱，流动相：甲醇－水－乙酸（40：57．5：2．5），检测波长：254nm，流速1．0ml/min。结果：槐和刺槐花蕾、花中芦丁的含量分别为13．88％、10．48％、0．1288％、0．1744％，槐花花蕾、花中槲皮素的含量为0．1415％、0．2158％。结认：为地产槐花的开发利用提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine rutin and quercetin content of flos sophorae(sophora japonica, Robinia pseudoacacia) from Xinjiang with the RP-HPLC. Method: The chromatographic conditions adopted were: ODS C18 coliman; detection wavelengh: 254nm; mobil phase: methanol-ethanoic acid (40 : 57.5:2.5); flow rate: 1.0ml/min. Results: The results showed that the content of rutin of bud, flower from sophora japonica, robinia pseudoacacia is 13.88 %, 10.48 %, 0.1288 %, 0.1744 %; the content of quercetin of bud, flower from sophora japonica is 0.1415 %, 0.2158 %. Conclusion: It supplies evidence for exploitation and utilization of local flos sophorae. |
