| 摘 要： | 目的建立蒺藜总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法采用分光光度法,选用菝葜皂苷元(Sarsasa- pogenin)为对照品,通过高氯酸显色,计算蒺藜药材中总皂苷的含量。结果菝葜皂苷元在0．230 4-0．720 0 mg 范围内具有良好的线性关系(γ=0．999 3),平均回收率为98．54％,RSD为1．57％。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏,重现性良好,适用于蒺藜总皂苷的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of total saponins in Tribulus terrestis L. Methods UV spectral method was used. The samples or Sarsasapogenin reacted with the perchloric acid. Results There was good lineari-ty( r = 0.999 3 ) during the range 0.230 4 - 0.720 0mg. The average recovery was 98.54 %, RSD was 1.57%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and it can be used as a quantitative analytical method for Tribulus terrestis L. |
