摘    要:目的探讨生活饮用水卫生监督过程中新的工作方法。方法运用危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)对生活饮用水进行经常性卫生监督管理,判定危害因素,确定卫生质量关键控制点、控制标准和控制方法。结论运用HACCP消除生活饮用水生产过程中的危害因素.将有助于提高生活饮用水的卫生质量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore new methods for health inspection of living drinking water. METHODS By using the method of hazard analysis critical control point(HACCP), It were carried out to judge hazardous factors and to determine critical control points, control standard and control measures of health quality in health inspection of living drinking water. CONCLUSIONS By the application of HACCP in health inspection of living drinking water, the hazardous factors of living drinking water processing were elimizated, and the sanitary quality of living drinking water could be significantly promoted.
