| 摘 要： | [目的]了解2004～2008年期间,江都市传染病突发事件的流行病特征.[方法]用Excel软件分析2004～2008年国家突发公共卫生事件报告信息管理系统提供的的关于江都市传染病突发事件的数据及调查报告.[结果]2004～2008年,江都市共上报各类突发公共卫生事件28起,其中传染病突发事件25起,发病3 170人;以水痘、流感为主.病种间罹患率差异有显著性(P＜0.05).不同病种事件持续时间不同;2～5月、10～12月发生致较多;63.64%的事件上报时间在发病高峰出现以后.[结论]学校传染病突发事件是该地区突发公共卫生事件的防治工作重点;事件上报不及时是目前需要解决的薄弱环节. |
