| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺四神聪穴对大鼠睡眠的影响,明确针刺四神聪穴改善失眠症的疗效。方法:取雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为空白对照组、手针组、电针组,每组10只,观察针刺后大鼠的直接入睡率、戊巴比妥钠所致大鼠的睡眠时间变化、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量所致大鼠的入睡率变化。结果:手针组及电针组大鼠的直接入睡率为零。手针组及电针组可以延长戊巴比妥钠所致大鼠睡眠时间,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P0.01);电针组与手针组比较,有显著性差异(P0.01)。手针及电针四神聪穴可以增加戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量所致大鼠入睡率,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P0.01);电针组与手针组比较,有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论:针刺四神聪穴对大鼠有镇静催眠作用,且以电针作用为明显。针刺四神聪穴对大鼠没有明显的直接睡眠作用。 |
