全视网膜激光光凝联合睫状体冷凝联合小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼

目的观察全视网膜激光光凝联合睫状体冷凝联合小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效。方法2008年11月至2012年1月间，在我院住院的15例新生血管性青光眼15只眼的患者，进行3—4次全视网膜激光光凝治疗，光凝治疗约一周后行睫状体冷凝联合小梁切除术。结果患者出院后均要求术后随访12—15月，随访过程中观察眼压、虹膜表面新生血管及眼球有无萎缩。15例患者12只眼眼压控制良好，虹膜表面新生血管均消退，无明显眼球萎缩，成功率达80％。结论全视网膜激光光凝联合睫状体冷凝联合小梁切除木治疗新生血管性青光眼效果良好。

Panretinal photocoagulation combined with cyclocryotherapy and trabeculectomy for neovascular glaucoma

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of panretinal photocoagulation（PRP） combined with cycloeryotherapy and trabeeulectomy for neovascular glaucoma. Methods In our hospital from November 2008 to January 2012, 15 eyes of 15 patients with neovascular glaucoma were treated with PRP for 3-4 times, and with cycloeryotherapy and trabeculectomy a week later. Results The patients were followed up for 12-15 months after surgery. Intraocular pressure, neovaseularization of iris surface and eyeball atrophy were observed during the follow-up period. 12 eyes of 15 patients have satisfying control of intraocular pressure, the neovaseularization of iris surface disappeared, and no obvious eyeball atrophy occurred. The results showed that the success rate of this treatment procedure was 80%. Conclusion PRP combined with cyelocryotherapy and trabeeulectomy is an effective therapy for neovaseular glaucoma.
