摘    要:
本文跟踪研究了27例哺乳期妇女乳中铜、锌、铁、硒含量及其与婴儿生长发育的关系。采集了产后7天、21天、3个月、7个月和10个月的乳汁,同时测量婴儿的身高、体重和头围。结果表明,乳中锌、铜、铁含量随着哺乳期延长而下降,硒的含量较稳定;除10个月时乳中锌与硒有显著正相关外,其余各期各元素间都无相关性;单纯母乳喂养婴儿锌铁摄入量低于每日供给量标准,硒超过供给量标准;婴儿前3个月的生长发育与乳中铁有显著相关性。建议尽早给婴儿增加高铁食品,适当增加高锌食品。

Abstract:
Dynamic chahge of the contents of zinc, copper, iron and selenium of 27 lactation mothers and the relationship between trace element and growth of their infants were studied. The breast milk was collected respectively at the 7th, 21st day of the first month and at 3rd, 7th and 10th month, and at the same time, the height weight and head circumference of infant were measured.The results indicate that the contens of zinc, copper, iron in the breast milk decreased with the lactation proceeded, but the content of selenium did not change signifcantly.The correlation analysis of the results showed that there was no correlation between each element in the breast milk, except the 10th month when the zinc and selenium was of positive correlation. The average intake of the zinc, iron of the infants from breast milk alone could not meet the Chinese RDA (Recommended dietary allowance, but the selenium was very important within the first three month. It was suggested that the food with high iron should be suppleinemted to infant as early as possible and the food with high zinc should be properly taken.
