| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用博客开展孕妇健康教育的效果。方法将196名孕妇根据健康教育模式分为对照组和观察组各98名，对照组采用在院健康教育，观察组采用博客健康教育。孕38周后进行问卷调查，比较两组孕妇的健康教育知识掌握情况。结果观察组的健康教育知识掌握率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论应用博客开展孕妇健康教育，其内容全面，共享性和互动性强，更方便快捷，适合不同层次的孕妇及家属，有利于孕妇获得健康教育知识，促进母婴健康。
