针刺辅助麻醉在经会阴前列腺穿刺活检术中的应用

目的: 探讨针刺辅助麻醉在TRUS引导下经会阴前列腺穿刺活检术中的应用价值。 方法: 将105例拟行直肠腔内超声引导10点前列腺系统穿刺活检患者随机分成2组,A组51例采取前列腺周围神经阻滞加针刺双侧足三里,B组54例采取单纯前列腺周围神经阻滞。采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）评估患者在穿刺活检术中的疼痛程度。结果: A、B两组患者平均疼痛评分（VAS）分别为（0.9±0.8）分,（2.8±1.0）分,差异具有极显著性意义（t= 10.71, P< 0. 01）。两组患者均未出现局麻药或针刺的不良反应。 结论: 针刺辅助麻醉可明显减轻患者在TRUS引导下前列腺穿刺活检术中的疼痛和不适,是一种更加简便、有效的复合麻醉方法,值得临床推广应用。

Application of acupuncture-assisted anesthesia in prostate biopsy via the perineum

Objective To explore the value of acupuncture-assisted anesthesia for transrectal ultrasound guided biopsy of the prostate by transperineal approach. Methods One hundred and five patients requiring 10 cores biopsy of the prostate were randomized into two groups. Group A(51 cases) received the periprostatic nerve plexus block and the acupuncture of Zusanli, and Group B(54 cases) received the periprostatic nerve plexus block. Pain during biopsy was assessed using a 10-point linear visual analog pain scale immediately after this procedure. Results The mean pain scores during transperineal prostate biopsy were significantly lower in group A than in group B(0.9±0.8 vs 2.8±1.0, t=10.71, p< 0. 01). No patients in either group showed any adverse effects from the injection and acupuncture. Conclusion Acupuncture-assisted anesthesia is a safe and efficacious method of relieving pain in men undergoing transperineal prostate biopsy by transrectal ultrasound guided.
