| 摘 要： | 目的：对高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定注射用阿魏酸钠含量的方法进行研究。方法：色谱条件：C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水-醋酸（30∶69∶1.5）,检测波长为322 nm。结果：该方法的重复性RSD=0.13%,n=6。结论：该方法操作简便、快捷、重复性好,可作为注射用阿魏酸钠的含量测定方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To research the method for the content determination of sodium ferulate for injection by HPLC. Methods： C18 column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid （30∶69∶1.5）. The detection wavelength was at 322 nm. Results： The recovery of the method was RSD = 0.13% （n = 6）. Conclusion：The method is simple , rapid and reproducible , which can be used for the content determination of sodium ferulate for injection . |
