| 摘 要： | 目的]椎体成形术被普遍应用于治疗骨质疏松性、疼痛性椎体压缩性骨折,其短期疗效得到了世人的肯定,但是,其中长期疗效不确切,最近有文献对椎体成形术的疗效提出了质疑.方法]对广州第一人民医院脊柱外科2006年7月～2010年5月的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折住院患者进行随访.对患者治疗前、治疗后、治疗后6周和3个月的疼痛评分VSA、缓解程度和日常活动评分ADL进行调查.对整体治疗效果进行评定.两组的VSA、缓解程度和ADL进行对比.结果]椎体成形组97例患者,保守治疗组(对照组)92例.经治疗后,所有患者VSA降低,症状改善,ADL降低.椎体成形组与保守治疗对照组相比,VSA、缓解程度和ADL在治疗后和6周时,低于对照组;在治疗后3个月,疗效相当.结论]椎体成形术可以快速有效的缓解急性骨质疏松性骨折疼痛,改善症状,增加活动能力;保守治疗也可在6周后起效,并在3个月后,达到与椎体成形术基本相同的效果.
