中药浴治疗婴儿湿疹的护理

目的：探讨中药浴治疗婴儿湿疹及护理干预的临床效果。方法：将41例婴儿湿疹患者随机分成两组,试验组：中药润肤止痒洗剂外洗并用润肤剂;对照组：单独外用润肤剂。结果：试验组有效率82.61%,对照组有效率38.89%;试验组与对照组有效率比较有显著性差异。结论：应用中药浴并用润肤剂结合护理干预治疗婴儿湿疹疗效好。

Nursing Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Infantile Eczemas External Treatment

Objective：To investigate the curarive effect of traditional medicine for infantile eczema external treatment to relieve the pain of theirs by nursing intervention.Method：41 patients were divided into 2 groups at random.Observation group was given external treatment by Chinese medicine and cream,and the control group was treated by cream,combining nursing intervention.Result：Total excellent effective rate of the treatment group was 82.61%,which was higher than control group significantly（38.89%）.The difference between these groups was statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The method of Chinese medicine of external treatment and cream was the one of the best method for infant eczema,and it was worth spreading.
