中药热奄包为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的：观察中药热奄包为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：60例病人给予自制中药热奄包治疗,并配合活血化瘀中药静脉注射、非甾体抗炎药等对症治疗,观察治疗后症状的缓解程度。结果：60例病例,治愈30例,显效15例,好转12例,无效3例,总有效率为95%,无效占5%。结论：表明中药热奄包是治疗腰椎间盘突出症有效的方法之一。其疗效显著、费用低,可以免除绝大多数腰椎间盘突出症患者的手术治疗。

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medical Treatment as Main Therapy for Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of traditional chinese medical treatment as the main therapy for Lumbar Disc Herniation（LDH）. Method：60 cases were given the traditional Chinese medical treatment made by ourselves,combined the intravenous injection herb to invigorate the circulation of blood and remove stagnation and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and so on for symptomatic therapy,then observed the extent of symptomatic relief after treatment. Result：60 cases in all：30 cases were cured,15 cases had notable effect,12 cases were improved. The effective rate was 95%,5% was invalid. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medical treatment is one of effective methods to cure LDH,which has notable effect, low expense,and can prevent most of patients with LDH from operating.
