支气管哮喘中医证候分布规律的文献研究

目的：了解现代期刊文献中支气管哮喘中医证型分布规律。方法：电子和手工检索相结合,对1989—2009年CNKI、CBM、VIP数据库进行检索,再进行整理分析。结果：符合要求的文献共46篇,涉及证型48种,总病例数8648例,根据中医基础理论进行整理归纳和分析后得出证型20种,分布较多的依次为热哮型（28.90%）、冷哮型（25.28%）、肺肾两虚（9.86%）、肺脾两虚（8.50%）、肺虚（7.34%）、虚哮型（6.39%）、风哮型（4.60%）。结论：热哮型、冷哮型、肺肾两虚、肺脾两虚、肺虚、虚哮型、风哮型7种证型基本概括了支气管哮喘的主要临床证候特征,揭示了支气管哮喘的证候分布规律。

Literature Study on Distribution Regularity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes of Bronchical Asthma

Objective： To study the distribution regularity of TCM syndromes of bronchial asthma based on literature datas. Methods：The literature datas of bronchial asthma syndromes are analysised by searching the Chinese biological medicine on disc,China national knowledge infrastructure and VIP databases from 1989 to 2009 by way of the electronic index and man-made index. Results：46 documents and 8648 cases met the requirements,involving 48 kinds of syndromes. According to the basic theory of TCM,20 kinds of syndromes could be obtained. Based on the rate of recurrence,7 syndromes were higher in the distribution of TCM syndrome,they were syndrome of heat-asthma（28.90%）,cold-asthma（25.28%）,lung and kidney deficiency（9.86%）,lung and spleen deficiency（8.50%）,lung-deficiency（7.34%）,deficient-asthma（6.39%）and wind asthma（4.60%）.Conclusions：The 7 syndromes have generalized the main characteristics of the clinical syndromes of bronchial asthma,and the study reveals the distribution regularity of TCM syndromes of bronchical asthma.
