记忆合金髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折12例

目的：应用记忆合金髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折。方法：12例髌骨骨折患者,行切开复位记忆合金髌骨爪内固定术,术后进行股四头肌及轻微屈膝关节功能锻炼。结果：术后随访7～10个月,均示骨折骨性愈合,膝关节功能满意,行走步态良好,髌骨爪无断裂及脱落。评定结果：优9例,良2例,可1例。优良率91.7%。结论：髌骨骨折应用记忆合金髌骨爪治疗固定牢固,可早期活动,愈合率高,并发症少。

Memory Alloy Patella Fixation for Treatment of 12 Cases Patients with Patellar Fracture

Objective：Memory alloy patella patellar fracture fixation.Methods：12 cases of patellar fracture,line memory alloy patella open reduction and internal fixation,postoperative quadriceps and knee joint function in mild exercise.Results：The postoperative follow-up of 7 to 10 months,are showing bone fracture healing,knee function were satisfactory,walking gait well patella fracture and non-shedding. Evaluation criteria：excellent in 9 cases,good in 2 cases,1 case.Excellent rate of 91.7%.Conclusion：The application of shape memory alloy patella patella fracture fixation treatment may be an early activity,healing rate with few complications.
