| 摘 要： | 崩漏是妇科临床上的一种常见病,多发病,也是妇科中疑难急症之一。临床上多由于肾虚、脾虚、血热、血瘀,而陈莹教授认为肾虚、脾虚、血热均可导致血瘀,故运用中药活血化瘀法,以血府逐瘀汤为基本方剂,治疗血瘀型崩漏,疗效甚佳。

| Abstract: | Metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is a common and frequently-occurring disease,but also one of the difficult emergencies in gynecology.The clinical causes are syndrome of kidney asthenia,syndrome of spleen asthenia,syndrome of abnomal flow of blood due to heat,symptom of retention of blood stasis,but Professor CHEN Ying thinks syndrome of kidney asthenia,syndrome of spleen asthenia,syndrome of abnomal flow of blood due to heat can led to the symptom of retention of blood stasis,and uses traditional Chinese medicine with resolving blood stasis,Xuefu Zhuyu Tang as the basic recipe,to treat metrorrhagia and metrostaxis with symptom of retention of blood stasis,and the efficacy is very good. |
