| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨丹酚酸B对糖基化终末产物（AGEs）诱导高脂内皮细胞凋亡的保护作用。方法：以AGEs和氧化低密度脂蛋白（ox-LDL）联合作用诱导人脐静脉内皮细胞凋亡,通过hochest 33258染色,观察不同浓度丹酚酸B（10-4、2×10^-4mol/L）作用不同时间（12、24、36、48、72h）,对内皮细胞凋亡的影响。结果：研究表明丹酚酸B能够明显抑制AGEs诱导高脂内皮细胞凋亡,并有一定剂量效应性和时间效应性。结论：提示丹酚酸B对防治糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化具有一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the effects of salvianolic acid B on human umbilical vein endothelial cell（HUVEC）apoptosis induced by AGEs and ox-LDL.Methods：HUVECs were incubated at different concentration of salvianolic acid B（10^-4mol/L,2×10^-4mol/L）for 12h,24h,36h,48h Percentage of apoptosis were observed under fluorescent microscope to analyze apoptosis by Hochest 33258 staining.Results：AGEs and ox-LDL caused apoptosis on the cultured HUVECs.After treatment with salvianolic acid B,apoptosis decreased significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The results indicated that salvianolic acid B might exert protective effects on endothelial cell against apoptosis. |
