| 摘 要： | 原发性肾病综合征（primary nephrotic syndrome,PNS）是一组以大量蛋白尿、低白蛋白血症、水肿、高脂血症为主要临床特点的症候群。西医采用激素和免疫抑制剂治疗,尽管取得一定疗效,但存在着易复发、易产生激素依赖和毒副作用大等问题。近年来中医药或中西医结合治疗PNS,因其可以提高疗效,缩短疗程,减少药物依赖或频繁复发而成为研究热点。 |

| Abstract: | Primary nephrotic syndrome（PNS）is a clinical entity characterized by heavy proteinuria,hypoalbuminemia,hyperlipidemia,and edema.Although it has been reported that hormone and immunosuppressive have beneficial effects in PNS,there are easy to relapse,easy to produce hormone-dependent drug side effects and other issues.In resent years,the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine or combining traditiona1 Chinese and western medicine,as it can improve efficacy,reduce treatment,reduce drug dependence or frequent relapse,become a research hotspot. |
