姜味草精油与提取物清除DPPH自由基活性研究

摘    要:目的:对姜味草精油与提取物清除自由基活性进行研究。方法:选择1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼自由基(DPPH)体外清除活性模型,采用分光光度法,测定其DPPH清除率曲线,以EC50值评价其清除DPPH活性。结果:姜味草精油DPPH清除活性EC50值为0.21%;其甲醇和乙醇提取物清除DPPH的EC50分别为0.052mg·mL^-1和0.554mg·mL^-1。结论:姜味草精油及其提取物具有较强的清除DPPH活性。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the scavenging capacity on free radical of essential oil and extract of Micromeria biflora benth.Methods:The scavenging activities towards 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl radical(DPPH·)were determined by spectrophotometric method on in vitro systems.Results:The essential oil and extract from Micromeria biflora benth.by menthol and ethanol and all had scavenging effects on DPPH·,and the EC50 were 0.21%,0.052mg·mL^-1 and 0.554mg·mL^-1 respectively.Conclusion:The essential oil and extract from Micromeria biflora benth all exhibited excellent scavenging effect on DPPH· radical.
