| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨应用PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的的手术方法和临床疗效。方法：2008年1月—2009年1月,采用PFNA治疗30例股骨粗隆间骨折的病人。结果：30例均获随访,根据Harris评分,优19例,良9例,中2例,优良率为93.30%。结论：PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折简化了手术操作,具有手术创伤小,手术时间短,下床活动早,骨折愈合率高,防旋转、切割,并发症少等优点,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想器械,尤其适合老年骨质疏松患者,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the surgical methods and clinical efficacy.Methods：January 2008—January 2009,using PFNA treatment of 30 cases of intertrochanteric fracture patients.Results：30 cases were followed up,according to Harris score,excellent in 19 cases,good in 9 cases,2 cases were excellent,and good rate of 93.30%.Conclusion：PFNA simplify the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the surgical operation,with surgical trauma,surgery time is short,get out of bed early and high rate of fracture healing,anti-spin,cut,fewer complications,etc.,the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the good equipment,especially for elderly patients with osteoporosis,it is worth promoting. |
