糖尿病足辨证论治中西医结合疗法

目的：探讨中医辨证内外兼治中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法：2006年6月—2009年10月,共收治糖尿病足患者78例,其中男50例,女28例,年龄最小43岁,最大81岁,病程最短2周,最长4个月。全部病例均利用中医辨证原则,采用中药内服、中医外治,配合清创引流等中西医结合方法进行治疗。结果：中西医结合疗法可有效治疗糖尿病足,减少截肢、致残率。结论：采用中医辨证及中西医结合疗法治疗糖尿病足,具有独特的临床疗效和较低的截肢率,取得满意疗效。

Diabetic Foot Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapyhu

Objective：To investigate the TCM internal and external of integrative medicine clinical treatment of diabetic foot.Methods：From June 2006 to October 2009,totals of 78 patients with diabetic foot treated,50 cases were male and 28 females,the youngest 43 years old,maximum 81 years,duration form 2 weeks to four months.All patients were using TCM principles of Chinese herbs,with debridement and drainage of integrative approach for treatment.Results：Combination therapy can effectively treat diabetic foot to reduce the amputation rate of disablement.Conclusion：The use of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of diabetic foot,has a unique clinical efficacy and lower rate of amputation,with satisfactory results.
