艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗老年非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的：观察艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例应用艾迪注射液联合PE方案化疗治疗,对照组单纯应用PE方案化疗并观察疗效。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为46.7%、40.0%（P〉0.05）。而治疗组中位缓解期为7个月,对照组中位缓解期为5个月（P〈0.05）。两组患者体重和karnofsky（KPS）评分,治疗组治疗后体重比治疗前增加（P〈0.05）,对照组治疗前后比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。治疗组治疗后KPS评分比治疗增加（P〈0.05）,对照组治疗前后无明显变化（P〉0.05）。毒副反应,白细胞下降Ⅲ～Ⅳ度治疗组为9例（30.0%）,对照组为18例（60.0%）;胃肠道反应Ⅰ～Ⅳ度治疗组14例（46.7%）,对照组22例（73.3%）,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：艾迪注射液联合PE方案化疗能够提高机体免疫力,减轻化疗的毒副反应,增加体重;改善生活质量,延长生存期。

Effect of Combination of Aidi Zhusheye and Chemotherapy in Treating Elderly Patients with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective：To study the effect of combination of Aidi Zhusheye and chemotherapy in elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods： To observe the changes of Karnofksy score, the body weight. 60 elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were treated with either Aidi Zhusheye and Western medicine-EP schema （TCM-WM group） or Western medicine-EP schema （WM group） alone. Results： 60 patients（30 in TCM-WM group,30 in WM group）were enrolled and assessable. The rates of effective of the treatment group and the control group are 46.7% and 40.0%（P0.05）; The median remission of the treatment group and the control group are respectively 7 months and 5 months（P0.05）; the rates of increasing of the Karnofksy score,and the body weight are respectively （P0.05）; myelosuppression, one of the side effects of the treatment group and the control group are respectively 30.0% and 60.0% （P0.05）; gastrointestinal side effects,the other side effects of the treatment group and the control group are respectively 46.7% and 73.3% （P0.05）.Conclusions： Treating non-small cell lung cancer by use of Aidi Zhusheye is helpful to promoting the amelioration of clinical symptoms,to increase the Karnofksy score,the body weight,the life quality,And to prolong the survival time.
