银屑病从血论治

银屑病在中医学上称为白庀,治疗较为棘手。目前西医治疗以维A酸类、抗肿瘤药物、维生素类、免疫疗法等为主,其中许多有较大的毒副反应,影响患者的生存质量。祖国医学辨证分型中＂血分蕴毒＂是银屑病的重要病机,中医药治疗本病从血论治在缓解病情、防止复发等方面有良好效果。文章就近年来银屑病＂从血论治＂的中医药治疗进展作一综述。

Treatment of Psoriasis from Blood of Governance

Psoriasis in Chinese medicine known as white Venereology,treatment is more difficult. A current Western medicine to Victoria acids,anticancer drugs,vitamins,and other immune-based therapies, many of which have more side effects,affecting the quality of life of patients. Chinese medicine dialectical type in＂Yun-Blood poisoning＂is an important pathogenesis of psoriasis,Chinese medicine treatment of this disease from the blood of governance in remission,relapse prevention,and so have a good effect. In this paper,in recent years,psoriasis＂from the blood of government＂with Chinese medicine reviewed.
