| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定消疲宁颗粒中丹参素钠含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为迪马C18（200mm×4.6mm）,流动相为乙腈-水-醋酸（5：160：1）,检测波长：281nm。结果：丹参素钠进样量在0.1148～1.0332μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.24%,RSD为1.23%。结论：方法快速准确,重复性好,准确度高,可控制制剂的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method for determination of sodium danshensu in xiaopining granules by HPLC.Methods：Sodium danshensu content was determined on DiMa C18 Chromatographic column（200mm×4.6mm）,with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-acetic acid（5：160：1）,Detected wavelength：281nm.Results：A good linear relationship was obtained when the detection concentration range was 0.1148～1.0332μg,and the average recovery is 100.24%,RSD is 1.23%.Conclusion：The method is fast and accurate,reproducible,high accuracy and the quality of preparation can be controlled. |
