| 摘 要： | 目的：对毕路Ⅱ式胃大部切除术对2型糖尿病的影响及其作用机制的综述,探讨该术式是否可以成为治疗2型糖尿病的有效治疗方式。方法：复习文献,回顾分析毕路Ⅱ式胃大部切除术对继发性糖代谢和内分泌变化的影响。结果：毕路Ⅱ式胃大部切除术后,2型糖尿病患者的糖代谢改善率明显提高。结论：毕路Ⅱ式胃大部切除术对控制2型糖尿病有积极的影响。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To review the effect of subtotal gastrectomy surgery on type 2 diabetes mellitus and its working mechanism,to analyze data that might explain the mechanisms of action of this surgery and that could answer the question of whether surgery for morbid obesity can represent a cure for type 2 diabetes patients as well.Methods：the authors reviewed data from the literature to address.What is known about the effect of the operations for obesity on glucose metabolism and the endocrine changes that follow these operations？Results：After gastrectomy surgery on type 2 diabetes mellitus,a significant change happens in the patter of secretion of gastmintestinal hormones.Conclusion：Subtotal gastrectomy surgery on type 2 diabetes mellitus seems to achieve control of type 2 diabetes as good effect. |
