HPLC法测定玫瑰花药材中黄酮类成分的含量

目的：建立HPLC同时测定玫瑰花中芦丁、金丝桃苷和槲皮苷含量的方法。方法：采用Phenomenex C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱,以乙腈-0.2%甲酸溶液为流动相,进行梯度洗脱分离,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为360nm,柱温35℃。结果：芦丁、金丝桃苷和槲皮苷在选定质量浓度范围内,线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为97.5%、96.3%、97.1%,RSD分别为2.6%、3.2%、2.9%。结论：该方法快速简便,重现性好,可作为玫瑰花中黄酮类成分的含量测定方法,更全面的控制玫瑰花药材的质量。

HPLC Analysis of Flavonoids in Flowers of Rosa Rugosa Thunb

Objective：To establish the quantitative analysis method for determination of the contents of rutin,hyperoside and quercitrin in flowers of Rosa rugosa Thunb.Methods：HPLC analysis was performed on a Phenomenex Luna C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）with mobile phase acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid in gradient mode at a flow rate of 1mL/min,the detection wavelength was 360nm,and the column temperature was set at 35℃.Results：The linear ranges of rutin,hyperoside and quercitrin were the same as 0.04~1.0μg;their average recoveries were 97.5%（RSD=2.6%）,96.3%（RSD=3.2%） and 97.1%（RSD=2.9%）,respectively.Conclusion：The established method was simple,quick and reliable,it can be used to determine the contents of rutin,hyperoside and quercitrin in flowers of Rosa rugosa Thunb simultaneously,the results also provide a basis for the quality control of Rosa rugosa Thunb.
