摘    要:目的:建立HPLC同时测定玫瑰花中芦丁、金丝桃苷和槲皮苷含量的方法。方法:采用Phenomenex C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.2%甲酸溶液为流动相,进行梯度洗脱分离,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为360nm,柱温35℃。结果:芦丁、金丝桃苷和槲皮苷在选定质量浓度范围内,线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为97.5%、96.3%、97.1%,RSD分别为2.6%、3.2%、2.9%。结论:该方法快速简便,重现性好,可作为玫瑰花中黄酮类成分的含量测定方法,更全面的控制玫瑰花药材的质量。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the quantitative analysis method for determination of the contents of rutin,hyperoside and quercitrin in flowers of Rosa rugosa Thunb.Methods:HPLC analysis was performed on a Phenomenex Luna C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)with mobile phase acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid in gradient mode at a flow rate of 1mL/min,the detection wavelength was 360nm,and the column temperature was set at 35℃.Results:The linear ranges of rutin,hyperoside and quercitrin were the same as 0.04~1.0μg;their average recoveries were 97.5%(RSD=2.6%),96.3%(RSD=3.2%) and 97.1%(RSD=2.9%),respectively.Conclusion:The established method was simple,quick and reliable,it can be used to determine the contents of rutin,hyperoside and quercitrin in flowers of Rosa rugosa Thunb simultaneously,the results also provide a basis for the quality control of Rosa rugosa Thunb.
