| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨冠心病患者血浆内皮素和肿瘤坏死因子含量变化及其意义.方法：检测78例冠心病患者和67例健康体检者（正常对照组）血浆内皮素和肿瘤坏死因子含量.结果：与正常对照组比较冠心病患者血浆内皮素、肿瘤坏死因子含量显著升高（P〈0.01）,且病情越严重,血浆内皮素和肿瘤坏死因子水平越高.结论：血浆内皮素、肿瘤坏死因含量与冠心病有密切关系. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of the changes in plasma endothelin and tumor necrosis factor levels in the patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Tests of endothelin and tumor necrosis factor in blood plasma were performed in 78 patients with coronary heart disease.Sixty-seven healthy subjects served as normal controls.Results Plasma endothelin and tumor necrosis factor levels in the patients were much higher than those in the normal subjects(P<0.01).Plasma endothelin and tumor necrosis factor were increased with the progressive severity of coronary heart disease.Conclusion Endothelin and tumor necrosis factor are associated with coronary heart disease. |
