| 摘 要： | 【目的】观察肝动脉化学栓塞（TACE）联合伽玛刀治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效。【方法】对61例中晚期肝癌行TACE联合伽玛刀治疗,随访三年,观察其生存率。【结果】近期有效率（CR＋PR）90．2％。1、2、3年生存率分别为86．88％、77．04％、50．8％。【结论】肝动脉化学栓塞联合伽玛刀能提高中晚期肝癌治疗效果,没有严重的毒副反应。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To evaluate the effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization （TACE） corn bined with gamma knife for the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. [Methods]Sixty one patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma were treated by TACE combined with gamma knife. [Results] The overall response rate （CR＋PR） in short-term was 90.2%. The survival rate in 1, 2 and 3 years was 86.88%, 77.04% and 50.80%, respectively. [Conclusion] TACE combined with gamma knife can improve the thera peutic efficacy of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, and has no severe side effects. |
