| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜两孔法逆行阑尾切除术的可行性。方法:选择急性阑尾炎患者41例,分为实验组和对照组,实验组23例采用两孔法逆行阑尾切除术;对照组18例采用三孔法顺行切除阑尾。比较两组手术时间、术后康复时间和并发症的发生情况。结果:手术时间实验组短于对照组[(45±13)minvs.(58±18)min](P<0.001),其他指标无显著差异。结论:腹腔镜下两孔法逆行阑尾切除术安全可行,值得推广。

Clinical application of laparoscopic retrograde appendectomy with two-port |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the feasibility of laparoscopic retrograde appendectomy with two-port in children.Methods:Forty-one cases of acute appendicitis were divided into two groups:experiment group and control group.Twenty-three patients who underwent retrograde appendectomy were in experiment group,and eighteen patients who accepted three-port anterograde appendectomy were in control group.The operation time,postoperative recovery time and complications between two groups were compared.Results:All operations were successful.The operating time of experiment group was shorter than that of control group [(45±13)min vs.(58±18)min] (P<0.001).Conclusions:Laparoscopic retrograde appendectomy with two-port is feasible and worthy to be popularized. |
