多原发性恶性肿瘤20例分析

目的提高对多原发性恶性肿瘤的认识。方法回顾性分析20例多原发性恶性肿瘤患者的临床特点、发病间歇时间、肿瘤类型与治疗方法。结果20例患者第一原发癌为消化道恶性肿瘤9例,泌尿生殖系癌4例,乳癌2例,会厌癌、咽癌、甲状腺癌、肝癌、肺癌各1例,发病间隙期以3~5年多见。肺癌行根治性手术治疗8例,化疗8例,4例因经济困难未治疗。结论多原发性恶性肿瘤好发年限为3~5年,提高认识,减少误诊,可使相当一部分病人获得根治性治疗。

Clinical analysis of 20 cases with poly -primarily malignant tumor

Objective To increase the recognition of poly-primarily malignant tumor.Methods The clinical feature,interval of the disease onset,types of tumor and therapies were analyzed by retrospection.Results of the twenty patients,the appearing types of first primary malignant tumor were alimentary canal tumor(nine cases) and genitourinary tract tumor(four cases),others few (two cases with breast cancer,one case respectively with epiglottis cancer,cancer of pharynx,thyroid carcinoma,hepatoma and lung cancer).The interval of the disease onset was common between three and five years.On treatment,eight cases of lung cancer were operated thoroughly,eight cases were treated by chemotherapy,and four cases were not treated.Conclusion The ploy-primarily malignant tumor developed commonly in three to five years after first primary tumor.The increasement of recognition of ploy-primarily malignant tumor and the degression of misdiagnosis about this disease may achieved satisfeaction in some patient's treatment.
