内蒙古准格尔旗妇女人乳头瘤病毒感染的危险因素分析

目的：探讨影响内蒙古准格尔地区高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HR-HPV）感染的危险因素,为HPV感染和子宫颈癌的防治工作提供依据.方法：2011年8～9月对内蒙古准格尔地区1 983名45～54岁有性生活妇女进行流行病学调查和子宫颈癌筛查.所有妇女均接受一般妇科检查、醋酸染色（VIA）和人乳头瘤病毒检测（HC-Ⅱ）,VIA和HC-Ⅱ检测任一阳性者转诊做阴道镜和活检.利用x2检验和非条件Logistic回归模型分析HR-HPV感染的危险因素.结果：多因素分析显示,影响本地区HR-HPV感染的危险因素为阴道滴虫感染、配偶婚外性行为、饮水来源.结论：通过宣传教育使妇女养成良好的性行为和保持生殖道健康,对降低HPV感染及相关疾病负担有重要意义.同时,应加强对具有高危因素妇女的检测.

The Analysis on Risk Factors of Women Human Papillomavirus Infection in Zhungeer,Inner Mongolia

Objective： To investigate the effect of Inner Mongolia zhungeer region of high - rick type human papillomavirus （HPV） infection risk factors for HPV infection and cervical cancer prevention and control work to provide evidence. Methods： August 2011 to September 1983 in Inner Mongolia Junggar region 45 to 54 years old sexually active women in epidemiological investigations and cervical cancer screening. All women underwent general gynecological examination, acetic acid staining （VIA） and human papillomavirus detection （HC- II ）, VIA and HC- II were detected Renyi Yang Xing colposcopy and biopsy referral. X2 test and the use of non- conditional Logistic regression model HR - HPV infection risk factors. Results： Multivariate analysis showed that the region HR - HPV infection Trichomonas vaginalis infection risk factors, spouse extramarital sex, drinking water source. Conclusions：Through publicity and education to enable women to develop good sexual and reproductive tract to maintain health, to reduce the burden of HPV infection and related diseases is important. Mean- while, should strengthen the detection of women with risk factors.
