结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的临床诊治探讨

目的：探讨结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的临床诊治情况,以提高临床诊治水平.方法：回顾性分析我院46例结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻患者的临床病例资料.结果：本组资料无死亡病例.行Ⅰ期结肠切除吻合术35例,Ⅱ期吻合术5例,近端肠腔造瘘6例.术后并发症出现7例.感染患者经应用抗生素,换药等措施处理后治愈.结论：结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻应明确诊断,充分的术前准备,术中选择合理的手术方式,进行个体化治疗,术后应加强营养,注意抗感染等支持疗法,同时对于术后出现的并发症应及时处理.能够有效的提高结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者的诊疗水平.

The Investigation On the Clinical Diagnosis and Therapy of Colon Cancer Complicated With Acute Intestinal Obstruction

Objective：To investigate the clinical diagnosis and therapy of colon cancer complicated with a- cute intestinal obstruction and improve the level of its diagnosis and therapy. Methods： The clinical data in pa- tients with colon cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction patients（ n = 46） in our hospital were ana- lyzed retrospectively. Results：No deaths happened in the data, 35 cases were colon resection and anastomosis of stage I, 5 cases were anastomosis of stage ]1,6 cases were proximal intestinal fistula, the complications occurred in 7 cases. Antibiotics, dressing change and other ways were used for infectious patients and cured after that. Conclusion： The patients should be confirmed for colon cancer combined with acute intestinal obstruction, ade- quate preparation before operation, rational operating ways were chosen in the course of operation and should be individualized, nutrition were strengthed and anti - infection, etc. supportive ways were applied after operation. when the complications occurred after operation , the patients should be treated quickly. All the ways could ef- fectively improve the diagnosis and therapy level of colon cancer combined with acute intestinal obstruction.
